candidates that chose Auchi
Polytechnic, Auchi as the first choice
or second choice institution during
the year 2014 UTME and scored 150
mark and above that the 2014/2015
Post-UTME form Is Now On SALE
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective candidates must have sat
for the 2014 UTME Examinations,
chose Auchi Polytechnic as their
first or second choice, and must have
scored an aggregate of 150 can
apply.

The banks to obtain your post UTME
form are :
1. ECO bank Poly road, Auchi.
2. UNITY bank Otaru road, Auchi.
3. FIDELITY bank Poly road, Auchi.
The Amount is N3,500 + N500 bank
commission = N4000.

To apply pay N4,000 into Eco Bank
account at Auchi.
